UN Treasure Chest - Neither by Purchase Nor by Power

The idea for this short article would be to talk about how, as humans, we are inclined (and even programmed, in society) to accomplish everything either by purchase or power. With the vast majority of things, we automatically jump to thinking about how we can obtain or accomplish something either by buying it, or through position or influence.

Ironically, the most important and precious things in life can be obtained by neither. You can't enter God's Kingdom, fall in love, or even be liked by others because of money or power. They are worth nothing when it comes to the things that truly matter. Instead, we must rely on what is very difficult for most of us to accept: the free gift of God, and of Jesus Christ our Lord.
